February 2015 Club Meeting: KCØQXX, KIØKY, and AAØJD Show Colorado QSO Party Awards

At our February, 2015, meeting held last night, club members Bill Bear, KCØQXX, Steve Schroder, KIØKY, and Royce Seymour, AAØJD, showed the awards that they received for their winning participation in last year’s Colorado QSO Party (click here to see the original story). They won for a team effort, winning first place in the category “in-state, phone mode, low power, multiple operator, mobile transmitter” category. Because Bill’s callsign was used, he received the plaque on behalf of the team. Steve and Royce received certificates for their team participation.
