Hardrock 100 run cancelled for 2019

I just received word that the HRH has been cancelled for 2019 due to “historic snowfall, avalanches, avalanche debris, an inability to reach certain aid stations and uncertain conditions on more than 40% of the course.”

This has been a popular event for club members to support as we have traditionally provided race communications for the more northerly aid stations. I’ve done it several times and have always enjoyed it.

We also moved the July meeting to a week earlier to accommodate the race; the board will let us know if that gets changed back to the normal 3rd Friday.
